Emma Kenney

 


Emma Rose Kenney, born September 14, 1999, is an American actress. She has portrayed Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher in the show Shameless from 2011 until 2021, and Harris Conner-Healy in the 10th season of the family sitcom Roseanne as well as its spin-off continuation The Conners.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Kenney was born in New York City, September 14th, 1999. Gillian Kenney is a criminal defense lawyer and Kevin Kenney is a sports writer who previously wrote for the New York Post. Kenney is now employed by Fox Sports.
